● An application to erect the arch (earthworks and piling) from Silkbridge Consult, which is the consultant to Libroff Media Sdn Bhd, was submitted to City Hall’s Works Department on April 16.

● City Hall’s Works Department informed Silkbridge Consult to refer all related matters to its Legal Department before earthworks approval is granted.

● City Hall’s Urban Transport Department gives the approval to Libroff Media on July 24 to place construction material at the site.

● City Hall’s Legal Department sends a draft "agreement" between City Hall and Libroff Media to its Works Department on Oct 28 for comments and further action.

Current issues

● Libroff Media has undertaken traffic diversion works and placed its machinery at the divider along Jalan Syed Putra.

● City Hall’s Works Department is in the midst of studying the draft "agreement" that had been prepared by its Legal Department before preparing the earthwork and piling approvals.
