THE Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) has posted 160,000 assessment bills to property owners since Dec 1 this year.

According to a Press statement, the council is also advising rate-payers to settle these bills on or before Feb 28 next year.

Those who have yet to receive their assessment are advised to collect copies of the bills from the council head office at Menara MPAJ in Pandan Indah.

BUKIT Antarabangsa residents are considering suing the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) for negligence for the tragic Dec 6 landslide if the council does not compensate residents.

TO make it easier for the renewal of business licences, Ampang Jaya Municipal Council has opened counters
at 11 shopping centres until Dec 31.

Business owners can go to these counters to renew their licences from 10am to 4pm. From today to Friday,  there will be counters at Ampang Point shopping centre and at Pasaraya Paragon Point in Taman Muda from  Nov 9 to 13; at Giant Superstore in Taman Permata (Nov 16 to  20); and at Putri Park Plaza, Taman Permata (Nov 23 and 26).
