SHARON is “utterly disgusted” with the outrageous antics of a taxi driver she encountered recently and wants to know if any action can be taken against him.

She hailed the taxi at the Taman Bahagia LRT station for a ride home to Setapak last Saturday afternoon.

“I asked the driver if he could take me to Setapak, near Paramount. I was shocked when he yelled at me, asking why I could not just take the LRT to Paramount instead.

“When I still asked if he could just take me where I wanted to go, he yelled back ‘No’,” she said.

 

THE fake taxi driver who allegedly went on a vicious rape-robbing spree in Klang Valley early this year is expected to be charged in court today.

 

It is learnt the 31-year-old, who pretended to be a taxi driver to snare his victims, will be charged under Section 376 of the Penal Code for rape after a much awaited DNA report was completed recently.
