LAST weekend was the Arthur’s Day show, the highlight of which was the performance by the Black Eyed Peas.

 

KRU Studios has nothing to do with the controversial promotional clip Enigmatic Malaysia — even though the series of documentaries was produced by them to showcase Malaysia’s cultural heritage on the Discovery Channel, KRU Group of Companies’ chief executive officer Norman Abdul Halim said.

 

 

IN a departure from current celebrity trends, Norman Abdul Halim, 37, of popular group KRU tied the knot with Dr Shireen M Hashim, 44, in a very simple affair.

 

The akad nikah was held at Masjid Saidina Umar Al-Khattab in Bukit Damansara last Friday. The short ceremony was followed by a small reception for around 200 who attended.
