BERNIE of Petaling Jaya is perturbed by the menace of mosquitoes at her residential area in Section 17.

"Whenever I lodge a complaint, the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) would fog the area but unfortunately, the problems still persist," she says.

BERNIE claims she also sent her complaint to the Public Complaints Bureau and that the bureau had forwarded a letter to MBPJ on the matter.

"Surely there is a way to eliminate this recurring problem in my area once and for all."

DESPITE Petaling Jaya City Council's (MBPJ) appeal for an extension of time against the sealing of JalanTanjung Bandar Utama to traffic, the developer remains adamant.
Jalan Tanjung Bandar Utama was closed since Monday when it should have become a one-way street from tomorrow (Friday Nov 20) for six months.
