WITH reference to the letter written by William Bear of London "What a rude Malaysian!" published in The
Malay Mail on Friday Nov 27, we should note that there have been many similiar cases happening not only in Malaysia but also in other countries, including England.

I believe there was a little exaggeration in him claiming to be "rugby-tackled". Perhaps that security personnel may have been a bit rough in handling the situation due to insufficient customer care exposure, but I believe his intention to carry out his duty must have been sincere.
