SHAH Alam MP Khalid Samad says he is ready to face the Pas central disciplinary committee over allegations
that he called for the resignation of Selangor Pas commissioner Datuk Dr Hasan Ali.

“I’m very curious to know what I have done wrong,” he told Malay Mail in response to reports that he would be
facing the disciplinary committee.

PAS officials have joined the chorus of criticism against Selangor exco member and Pas commissioner Datuk Dr Hasan Ali for calling for a revamp of the States’ special select committee for competency, accountability and transparency (Selcat).

 

ANOTHER member of Selangor’s special select committee for competency, accountability and transparency
(Selcat) has spoken up in defence of the body that was set up to ensure good governance by the State government.

Bukit Gasing assemblyman Edward Lee Poh Lin, who sits on Selcat’s seven-member panel, is of the view that
the body should continue to function the way it has all this while.
