THREE security guards just stood and watched as a 25-year-old woman waved and cried for help while a burglary was in progress.

Such is the claim of a family whose house was broken-into by two burglars on Tuesday. It was the second break-in in three months.

THE Selangor government will hand over small plots of reserve land to the Petaling Jaya City Council to be turned into parking lots.

These sites are mainly TNB reserve land and the council hopes to turn them into parking bays early next year.
