JUNE just hates going shopping for groceries in her neighbourhood in Selayang.

On weekends, she says, the commercial area in Taman Selayang Utama is badly congested because of inconsiderate and irresponsible motorists who park their vehicles without bothering about the traffic congestion they cause.

As a result, JUNE adds, the traffic congestion piles up to the Selayang Mall and it makes it difficult for residents of Taman Selayang Utama to enter and exit the area.
