Unsatisfactory service by furniture company
He says on Jan 28, he ordered five items, including a study table.
"The table was delivered to my house on Jan 30 but the delivery man, who was also the driver, did not know how to set it up, although he tried, as the accompanying manual was in a foreign language," says REUBEN.
"The driver promised to get an expert to contact me and have the study table set up by Feb 2, but until Feb 4, I
was still waiting even though I called the Courts Careline a few times and informed a sales personnel and also the personin-charge at the time."
REUBEN, who contacted Hotline on Feb 4, says he hopes Courts Mammoth will resolve his problem by Feb 6.
"I'm worried that with such poor service over a study table, I will face similiar problems when they deliver the other items I ordered, including a bed set and three-door cupboard."
● COURTS Mammoth has since acted on REUBEN's complaint. He tells Hotline: "The study table was fixed up for me on Feb 5, and the bed set and cupboard were delivered on Feb 6, so the matter has been resolved amicably."He also shares the reply he received from Courts Mammoth's head of customer service, Joachim Joseph, who wrote: "Dear REUBEN, thank you for your feedback.
