Most of the offences committed were by commercial buses. There were also private vehicles that were parked on yellow lines.
The Environment Department also carried out tests on 11 buses to check if carbon emissions were within the appropriate level.
All buses passed the tests.
City Hall's deputy enforcement director Mohd Sauffi Muhammad said the aim of the operation was to create greater awareness among road users and also punish traffic offenders.
"Although this is the fourth time we are conducting this operation, there has not been a drastic drop in traffic offenders."
City Hall will nevertheless continue to facilitate traffic flow in the city.
