THE soapsuds keep building up.

More dirt on feisty Daisy Fajarina has surfaced just as her supposedly sexually and physically ravaged princess-daughter Manohara Odelia is set to make her acting debut over national television in Indonesia (read accompanying story).

Jakarta police have begun investigations into a report by the owner of Stock House Butik into alleged embezzlement by fugitive Daisy, involving more than RM250,000.

Sooni Ismono claimed that the deal involved high fashion leather handbags that Daisy was to source from Europe while she was in France in 2003.

His lawyer, Maulana Syarif told Malay Mail that the original deal was worth more than RM500,000 and that Daisy had settled about half of that in stages.

Maulana said Sooni, who is also represented by lawyer Frederic Pinakunary, made the police report on Saturday and that he expects the police to call in Daisy before the weekend.

While she may not have a good weekend, Manohara 17, will be happily looking forward to the debut of her soap opera over national television in Indonesia.

She appears to have miraculously overcome her trauma at the hands of an allegedly abusive husband Tengku Muhammad Fakhry, 32.

Manohara had claimed the Tengku Temenggong Kelantan, had sexually and physically abused her during their nine months of marriage.

Manohara has neither responded to legal action filed by the prince nor made a police report against him for abuse.

She returned to Jakarta on June 1, after the royal couple had gone to visit the Sultan of Kelantan in hospital. More people, mainly high society, who had been allegedly cheated by Daisy are expected to come forward as she seems to be getting more international attention over the Manohara affair.

Her litany of tales allegedly includes owning a castle in France, wineries, a private jet and business relationships with diamond dealers.

The revelations of Daisy's alleged misdeeds have turned many into skeptics and disbelievers.

They are now accusing Daisy of provoking Manohara into making up stories about Tengku Fakhry's abuses. Manohara's willingness to be the lead in the 25-episode "sinetron" (soap opera), in which the plot is based on her miserable life as the Kelantan princess, did not help either.

Matters got worse for mother and daughter when it was revealed that Manohara was suppossedly being paid a stunning Rp2.5 billion (RM865,285) for her role.

Many feel she should be settling her issues with Tengku Fakhry instead of making money.

Daisy has been sentenced to 18 months' jail in absentia in France for submitting her adopted daughter Shaliha to undignified working conditions and assault, dating back to 1998 and remains a fugitive.

Some top notch Producers should grab hold of this WHOLE story and make a BLOCKBUSTER of the year. The movie should be about everything from A-Z. From the accusations of assault by husband, to rape and incest, black magic, handbags and of course about the shoddy production house making a small buck out of this by making some lousy drama about this........In the real BLOCKBUSTER movie, the person playing Manohara's role will probably get paid 8million. MM to please update public on the possible release of the BLOCKBUSTER movie, been a long time since i been to the cinema, as for the shoddy drama being made, i wouldnt waste my time glancing even at the preview, since it is been filmed in her own country, do not expect to see a FAIR and TRUE story, so...... fuzz that.

now i know what they have been up to. threaten tengku fakhry and settle all daisy's debts and also make money in the process. it is all falling into place and i must join all the people who have praised malay mail in bringing the truth out. altho the court will be the final venue that will pass judgement, it now seems very clear what daisy and manohara are doing or have done to insult our great monarchy.
