THE Shaliha “roadshow” continues with the abused step sister of Cik Puan Temenggong Kelantan Manohara Odelia pushing ahead with scathing disclosures about their mother Daisy Fajarina.

The revelations, alleging maltreatment and other beastly wrong-doings by Daisy, have gripped the authorities, media and non-governmental organisations in Indonesia.

Daisy, 44, who had adopted Shaliha Lanti, 25, at a young age, had been sentenced to 18 months jail in France for abusing and subjecting her daughter to slave-like conditions.

Shaliha who went to Indonesia after a 10-year lapse is determined to bring justice to her mum and has been on a “roadshow” the past fortnight.

She has made two police reports in Jakarta, the latest alleging Daisy had falsified her passport. The first report claimed maltreatment and sexual assault.

Over the weekend, she made  fresh allegations that included lurid details of Daisy forcing Shaliha to indulge in perverse sexual acts and dabbling in black magic.

Daisy’s nightmare continued yesterday when her son-in-law, the Tengku Temenggong Kelantan, applied to the Syariah High Court to amend his debt claim from her and his wife Manohara, 17, from RM972,750 to
RM1,112,250.

Kelantan Syariah High Court judge Mohd Yusof Awang allowed the application which was made orally by the plaintiff's laywer Zainul Rijal Abu Bakar and was not objected to by Manohara’s counsel, Mohd Faiz Adnan.

Zainul Rijal said later that the amendment was sought because several more documents became available which showed Manohara owed over RM1 million to  Tengku Muhammad Fakhry.

The court also witnessed the plaintiff's lawyer handing over copies of the writ of summons to Manahora's counsel after being told the defendant had not been  furnished copies.

Tengku Muhammad Fakhry, 32, is demanding that she return to him and settle the debts owed, which were accumulated before and after their marriage.

Mohd Yusof then set Oct 5 for re-mention and gave the defendants 14 days before that date to file their defence. Tengku Muhammad Fakhry had filed the court action on July 4.

Mohd Faiz informed the court he would wait for instructions from his client on the matter and said that Manohara was willing to give testimony in court if needed.

Manohara and Daisy are also facing a RM105 million defamation suit that is expected to be served on them in Jakarta this week.

ABUSIVE: (from left) Manohara with Daisy and Pinot

FEISTY Daisy Fajarina, 44, has reportedly admitted that her husband had sexually assaulted their adopted daughter Shaliha Lanti while in France.

News reports from Jakarta quoted Daisy as saying she caught her husband Juergen Reiner Pinot,  66, having sex with Shaliha, 25.

She claimed she had asked him to act responsibly as a father toward Shaliha.

Pinot had served four months in a French jail for sexually assaulting Shaliha and subjecting her to inhuman living conditions.

He is now in Jakarta to provide moral support to Daisy and Manohara who are facing multi-million suits by the latter’s husband Tengku Temenggong Kelantan.

His presence in Indonesia has not gone down well with many quarters who feel a sexual offender should not have been granted easy access to a country whose national was the victim.

Comments

Dis story is now 'basi'. More stories on cabfares, condo securities, and whatever happened to that Mont Kiara Bayu fire? I know that it's not only that unit that was razed that day, other units were also 'razed' but was downplayed to save the Mont Kiara's safe and secure development area status. So, you being the investigative reporting team, what was the cause eh?
