Philippine central bank stands ready to adjust policy to maintain stable prices, Governor Amando Tetangco said on Friday, as authorities watch developments overseas, including changes in the monetary strategies of advanced economies such as Japan.

US economy remains Americans' top concern in 2013 with 68% worrying about the economy "a great deal", a poll has found.

Economy has been ranked by the annual Gallup poll as the top public concern for Americans since 2008, with healthcare previously being the top concern, Xinhua news agency reported.

Economy is followed by federal spending/deficit (61%), healthcare (59%) and gas prices (55%) as other major concerns for Americans.

INDIA’s
airports will handle a cumulative 421 million passengers by 2020, making it the world’s third largest aviation market.

Of the total, 336 million would be domestic passengers, while 85 million international, with projected investment to the tune of US$120 billion (RM371 billion), Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh said.

Currently, India is the ninth largest aviation market, handling 121 million domestic and 41 million international passengers.
