PREMIER lifestyle developer Mah Sing Group Bhd, will be celebrating their 18th anniversary with a three-month long property and lifestyle showcase called “Realising Dreams”.

To thank their 12,000 property buyers over the past 18 years, as well as to welcome new buyers, the group has also designed special incentives that will run from June 16 to September 15, this year.

Eleven landed residential, high rise residential and commercial projects in Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, Penang island and Johor Baru has been selected for the programme.

PENANG: CHOONG WAN LING claims she has been issued fraudulent charges by a bank.

CHOONG, 34, from Penang, says she was shocked to discover she had received notices from the bank demanding an accumulated amount she supposedly owed from the use of a credit card such as late charges and finance interest, from November 2009 until January 2012.

The mortgage officer, however, claims she has been living in Australia for the past two years and only found out about the charges when she returned in December, last year.

PETALING JAYA: SIEW CHIN WONG has been making her loan repayments through her bank’s online interbank transfer for months and says she has never encountered problems before.

On March 19, when SIEW, 52, proceeded to transfer RM3,100 from her bank account into the loan account, which was with another bank, she was puzzled when the transaction showed it had been rejected.
