New Peugeot Blue Box in Seremban

SEREMBAN: NASIM Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of the Peugeot brand in Malaysia, has launched a Peugeot Blue Box in Seremban as part of its corporate plan to rapidly expand its network in the country.

“We now have 22 sales outlets and 19 service outlets in the country,” said chief operating officer Datuk Samson Anand George.

The company’s expansion exercise began last year with outlets in Malacca, Kota Kinabalu, Kota Baru, Balakong and Sungai Petani — continuing with its largest 2S (service and spare parts) centre in the country in Balakong.

Eight more Blue Box outlets are in the pipeline for this year.

Nasim will also move its existing outlets in Glenmarie and Bangsar to larger premises, George said.

“In 2011, Peugeot sales in Malaysia grew 92% to 5,400 units. For 2012, with the new outlets and an exciting line-up of new models, we are targeting to sell 9,300 units,” he said, adding that Nasim hopes to sell 30 units a month in Seremban.

The Peugeot Blue Box Seremban is operated and owned by Millennium Century Automotive Sdn Bhd.

Peugeot Blue Box Seremban comprises a showroom on Jalan Tun Dr Ismail and a nearby 2S centre located on Jalan Lombong Emas 12, nearby.

The 2S centre offers quick service, major service repair and overhauls, suspension and undercarriage repairs, windscreen replacement and vehicle inspection services.

Nasim recently announced that all cars sold from April 1 this year get a five-year warranty with unlimited mileage.

“Together with our existing 24-hours Peugeot Assistance service and our exclusive Peugeot Privilege programme, we will provide the best ownership experience for our customers,” George said.

Peugeot Assistance is a lifetime service that covers emergency roadside and breakdown assistance which includes 24-hours nationwide towing service, minor roadside repairs, tyre changes, emergency relay of information, emergency arrangement of alternative transport and emergency arrangement of hotel and accommodation.
