Raya-inspired “Ties of Love” jewellery from Habib

IN tandem with Ramadan which is expected to begin this Saturday, leading local jeweller Habib has unveiled their latest Rantaian Kasih (“Ties of love”) annual jewellery collection for 2012.

The launching of this collection on Monday at the Habib Jewels showroom in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur also had sparkle from a fashion show featuring local celebrities Didie Alias, Farah Deeba, Julia Ziegler, Noryn Aziz and Rozita Che Wan.

Rantaian Kasih has a multicoloured theme, namely, green, purple, red, turquoise and yellow.

“The five colours are in honour of the Five Pillars of Islam,” said Habib managing director Datuk Meer Habib.

This dazzling, wide-ranging collection includes long chains, bangles, diamond necklaces, kerongsands, rings, brooches, butang bhaju melayu, suasa ring for men, tasbih beads and a jewellery collection for children.

One of the highlights is Habib’s new range of 916 gold bangles and to further celebrate the ties of love, Habib is offering a discount of RM5 per gram for gold and up to 70 per cent off on diamonds and gemstones.

Also, the collection encompasses more than 50 new designs for Habib’s Polaris diamond jewellery collection designed to be worn and matched with any outfit.
